1. Purpose
These general terms (the “Terms”) govern the use of the “Real Quotes” mobile app (the “App”) published by Sébastien de Bollivier, as well as subscriptions to its paid offers. By downloading or using the App, the user accepts these Terms.
2. Description of the service
The App provides access to a corpus of real quotes, verified against their source (Wikiquote), organized into thematic collections, with a quote of the day, mood filtering, favorites and personalized visual sharing. Some features are free; advanced features are available through a “Premium” subscription.
3. Offers and prices
The Premium subscription is offered under the following plans:
- Monthly: 4,99 € per month.
- Yearly: 29,99 € per year.
- Lifetime: 44,99 €, one-time payment.
A free 7-day trial is offered for the subscription plans. Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, and may vary depending on the region and the App Store pricing policy.
4. Billing and payment
Purchases are made and billed exclusively through your Apple App Store account. Payment is charged to the payment method associated with your Apple account upon confirmation of the purchase or, in the case of a trial, at the end of the free trial period.
5. Automatic renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions (monthly and yearly) renew automatically for an identical period, unless cancelled by the user at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal is charged to the Apple account within the 24 hours preceding the renewal date.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your App Store account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. The “lifetime” plan is not a subscription and is not subject to any renewal.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately after purchase once its execution has begun with your agreement and you have waived this right. The free 7-day trial nevertheless lets you try the service without commitment before any billing. Refund requests are governed by Apple's policy and are handled directly through the App Store.
7. User obligations
The user undertakes to use the App in accordance with its intended purpose, not to misuse it, nor to reproduce or redistribute its content outside the sharing features provided.
8. Liability
The App is provided “as is”. The publisher does everything possible to ensure the accuracy of the quotes and the availability of the service, without being able to guarantee a complete absence of interruption or error. The publisher's liability cannot be engaged for indirect damages resulting from the use of the App.

The processing of data is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first in writing at me@sebastiendebollivier.com. Failing that, the French courts shall have jurisdiction, subject to the protective provisions applicable to consumers.
